In the spirit of today’s holiday, we’re spending our lunch hour (2.5 hours now…) at The Shillelagh Club in Belmar, NJ.  You have to be a member, but it’s a great place to hang out, and always with the nicest people 🙂

Today’s a big day here… a full spread of corned beef, cabbage, the freshest rye bread and veggies.  Top that off with a Guinness from one of the “friendly” Shillelagh bartenders and you’re all set!
